TRIP COST

Once the user starts the rental process, they are charged euros, after which for each minute of use they are charged euros per minute

For your card to be accepted by the system, it must have a minimum balance of euros.

By using any of the E-mile electric scooters, you are required to agree to all the terms of use and conditions of these,

You must READ CAREFULLY all terms and conditions before you begin using the E-miles Electric Scooters.


All applicable laws must be followed (including, without limitation, those applicable to traffic, pedestrians, parking, charging, and electric vehicles), including any helmet laws in your area.

1. GENERAL RENTAL AND VEHICLE USE

1.1 The rider is at least 18 years old.

The rider declares and certifies that they are at least 18 years old.

1.2 Vehicle Operation

The rider declares and certifies that they are familiar with the operation of the E-miles Electric Scooter, and are sufficiently capable and physically able to operate the vehicle. By choosing to operate an Electric Scooter, the rider assumes all responsibilities and risks for any injuries or medical conditions. They are responsible for determining whether conditions, including, without limitation, rain, fog, snow, hail, ice, heat, or electrical storms make it dangerous to operate an E-miles Electric Scooter. We advise you to adjust your driving behavior and braking distance to match the weather, visibility, environmental conditions, and traffic conditions.

1.3 The rider must follow laws regarding the use and/or operation of the vehicle.

The rider agrees to follow all laws concerning the use, operation, parking, charging, and/or operation of the vehicle, including all state and local government laws and rules and regulations regarding Vehicles in the area where you use the Vehicle, including any helmet laws.

1.4 Prohibited Actions. The rider agrees to the following:

• E-mile recommends not operating a vehicle while carrying or holding a wallet, backpack, bag, or other item that may change the balance or impair the safe operation of the E-mile Electric Scooter. If you choose to use such a product, E-mile recommends ensuring that the item fits snugly against your body and does not impair your ability to operate the vehicle safely.
• You should not place heavy objects on the handlebars of the E-mile Electric Scooter, such as heavy backpacks or bags.
• While operating an E-mile electric scooter, you should not use a mobile phone, text messaging device, portable music player, or other device that may distract you from safely operating the E-miles Electric Scooter.
• You should not use an E-mile electric scooter while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, or any other substance that may affect your ability to safely operate an E-mile electric scooter.
• You should not carry a second person or child on an E-mile electric scooter. This will result in an additional charge of 75 euros and additional potential damage costs for not following the one-person-per-scooter rule
• You should not place them on sidewalks or any other elevated surface. The E-mile Electric Scooter is not intended for off-road use or rough handling. The E-mile Electric Scooter is not a stunt scooter and is intended for use on even surfaces
• You should not use the E-miles Electric Scooter in flooded, wet, or snowy conditions and should not drive the scooter through deep potholes


1.5 The vehicle is intended for limited types of use only.

The rider agrees that they will not use the E-mile Electric Scooter for racing, mountain climbing, or stunts. The rider agrees that they will not operate or use the E-miles electric scooter on unpaved roads, through water (beyond normal urban driving), or in any location that is prohibited, illegal, or disturbs others.

1.6 Weight and load limits.

You should not exceed the maximum weight limit for the E-mile Electric Scooter of 100 kilograms


2. ADDITIONAL TERMS OF USE.

2.1 Safety check.

Before each use of an E-mile Electric Scooter, E-mile has already performed a basic safety inspection of the vehicle, which includes inspection of the following: (i) wheel service; (ii) safe operation of all brakes and lights (iii) good frame condition; (iv) sufficient battery charging power. and (iv) any sign of damage, unusual or excessive wear, or other open and obvious mechanical problems/maintenance needs.

2.2 Helmets - Safety.

All riders must wear a helmet approved by Snell, CPSC, ANSI, or ASTM, which is properly sized, according to the manufacturer's instructions. E-mile does not represent or guarantee the quality or safety characteristics of any helmet used by the rider, and the rider agrees that E-mile is not responsible for any injury sustained while using any of the E-mile Scooters. The rider assumes all risk of not wearing a helmet or other protective equipment. The rider may need to take additional safety measures or precautions not specifically mentioned in this Agreement.

3. Choice of law - Dispute resolution.

This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Greece, excluding conflict of law principles. For any dispute regarding this Agreement: (i) the prevailing party shall be entitled to costs, expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees (whether incurred at trial, on appeal or otherwise) incurred in resolving or settling the dispute, in addition to all other damages or awards to which the party may be entitled.

4. Voluntary execution of this agreement.

This Agreement is entered into voluntarily, with consideration and without any duress or undue influence on the part of or on behalf of E-mile. The rider acknowledges that (a) they have read this Agreement; (b) they understand the terms and consequences of this Agreement, including the releases it contains; and (c) they are fully aware of the legal and binding effect of this Agreement.

ACCEPTANCE OF AGREEMENT
I certify that I have read and expressly accept the terms and conditions of Section 10 Circulation. Disclaimer of Liability; Assumption of Risk, and I acknowledge that this section limits my legal rights and remedies. I intend to agree to this Agreement complete and unconditional release of all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law. I represent and certify that I am familiar with the operation of the E-miles Electric Scooter, and I am sufficiently capable and physically able to operate the vehicle
• I certify that I am the rider, I am 18 years of age or older, I will wear a helmet where required by law, I will not operate an E-mile Electric Scooter with another passenger, I will obey all traffic laws, I will ride at my own risk, and I have read and expressly agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
